Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Jasper Animal Rescue Misison. We could not do all of the hands-on work we do without wonderful dedicated volunteers.

If you love animals and have a few hours to give each month we'd love to hear from you - we always need another pair of hands. Please contact us at (843) 726-7799 to start volunteering today.

Volunteers are needed at the shelter to bathe dogs and puppies, assist in the cat adoption area, do dishes and laundry, prepare food for the dogs and cats, become a dog walker, spend some time socializing a young puppy and drive the animals to adoption events and Wednesday training class.

The Barkin' Basement is JARM's store of gifts and thrift located in downtown Ridgeland. Volunteers can man the store for a half or whole day, solicit donations for sale at the store and assist in delivering items to the store.

JARM offers two PetSmart venues an opportunity for our volunteers: Beaufort and Bluffton. Help find homes for our pets at adoption events on Saturdays and help take care of our cats and kittens offered for adoption at the Beaufort PetSmart.

Petco, in Bluffton offers a couple of ways in which volunteeers can help: handle a dog or puppy at the weekly Wednesday training class; and help find homes for our pets on the first Saturday of each month.
